Fools Rush In is the Fifth Episode of Season 2 of "All Grown Up!".
Plot[]
An older girl, Francine, bullies Tommy and is a bully of him. Everyone who isn't Chuckie or Phil bullies Tommy. Dil accidentally puts green slime on Tommy. At first he does not know why, but then Lil and Kimi convince Tommy that Francine has a crush on him. When he finds out that Francine did not have a crush on him, she bullies even more. In the end it becomes apparent that she was bullying him because he had ripped his picture. Tommy tells Francine that he only ripped the picture, not to embarrass her, but because the picture was too long. Once they discuss the misunderstanding they become friends.
Meanwhile Angelica tries to increase her website's popularity with embarrassing and bullying pictures of people.
